A Green Shake for Gout

Drinking a green shake for gout is a great way to prevent and ease a gout attack. While not the most appetizing thing to look at, making a green shake can do wonders for your health. The key to a good green shake for gout is to make sure that you use vegetables more than fruit. When most people think of shakes and smoothies, they tend to think of fresh fruit shakes like pineapple or strawberry.   • 1 banana
  • 2 sticks of celery

  • 1/2 an apple
  • A tablespoon of organic honey
  • 1/2 a cup of water

It takes minutes to prepare and gets the day off to a good start. Simply wash and peel / cut the ingredients and put them in a blender. The star ingredients here are the banana, celery and wheatgrass powder.
